Recently, the highly anticipated "2023 National Piling Machinery Industry Technology and Equipment Innovation Exchange Conference" and the "12th Deep Foundation Engineering Development Forum" were successfully held concurrently in Kunming, Yunnan. Centered on the theme of "Collaborative Development, Steady Progress", this year's forum focused on new technologies, new processes, and new construction methods in the field of foundation engineering technology and equipment in the post-pandemic era, and on the challenges and development opportunities that will arise in China's deep foundation engineering sector. The exhibition attracted nearly a thousand industry peers and brought together nearly a hundred upstream and downstream enterprises covering foundation engineering equipment, supporting components, and construction.

According to Director Wen, as early as 2021, Fujian Xiaxing invested 500 million yuan to build a new plant in Sanmen County, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. The new plant covers an area of about 166 mu, including a planned 60,000 square meters of workshop space, a 20,000-square-meter experimental base, and a 10,000-square-meter office building. It has now begun production, and its annual output value is expected to reach 2 billion yuan.

During the exhibition, the Fujian Xiaxing booth was bustling with visitors. In particular, the company's self-developed flagship product, the pile planting machine—the JBMF series multifunctional integrated drilling and pile planting machine—was highly praised and received a strong market response. The JBMF-1000 fully hydraulic multifunctional integrated machine was developed mainly for ultra-deep and ultra-large-diameter pile planting projects and is suitable for ultra-deep pile planting projects within 80 meters. It has a built-in pile pressing function, with a maximum pile pressing force of up to 500T. It adopts a high-torque power head, with a maximum mixing and pilot hole diameter of 1300 mm, and can install PHC pipe piles with a maximum diameter of 1 m. It can penetrate complex strata such as pebble layers, mudstone, and strongly weathered hard rock. With a four-slide 360-degree full-rotation design, it can suspend four types of pile planting equipment at the same time and use multiple processes to complete highly difficult project construction. It is widely used in projects such as pilot-hole pile planting, mixing pile planting, and soil extraction and pressure-grouting pile planting.

In addition, for water conservancy construction, Fujian Xiaxing's newly developed and heavily launched product, the ZJB150 cofferdam pile planting machine, also made a brilliant appearance during the exhibition and sparked heated discussion among netizens.
