Jin Jing joined the company on February 10, 2012, and has always worked in the Remanufacturing Overhaul Workshop of Zoomlion Foundation Construction, engaged in hydraulic positions. During his tenure, he has been responsible and proactive at work, and through his own efforts served as the hydraulic team leader of the Overhaul Workshop from 2013 to 2019, responsible for itemized repair, overhaul and assembly of complete vehicle hydraulic systems. He has always believed that pursuit stems from passion, and passion will fulfill pursuit.

Service Star

The road is long and obstructed, but with action one will arrive. On the path of learning and effort, Jin Jing has never stopped moving forward. In recent years, he has participated in the Shanghai International Bauma China construction machinery exhibition many times, and led the hydraulic team to participate in the trial production of new products, including pipeline measurement, assembly, rectification, optimization and improvement of complete vehicle hydraulic systems for hydraulic grabs, double-wheel milling machines, rotary drilling rigs, etc. He also assists in complete vehicle commissioning and provides feedback to the technical department to participate in equipment improvement. With practical actions, he has gained the company's recognition and encouragement, and won multiple awards such as Backbone Employee, Outstanding Employee, Quality Model, and Zoomlion Service Star.

"Customer-oriented, ultimate service" — he has always practiced this work principle. In May 2019, he was transferred from the Shanghai Remanufacturing Overhaul Workshop to the after-sales service department and stationed in the four provinces of Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang. With considerate service, he warmed customers' hearts, won customer recognition, and achieved high service satisfaction. Under the division's policy of integrating sales and service, he also became the first service person in the Shanghai Division to successfully sell rotary drilling rigs. In the first half of 2022, Jin Jing's personal parts sales target completion rate reached 180%, while his service satisfaction was 100%, ranking first in the after-sales service of Foundation Construction.

Knowing responsibility in heart, fulfilling it in action, and bearing it on the shoulders — at work he dares to act and fight, always on the front line of service. In February 2022, a customer's equipment was under construction in Guyuan, Ningxia, and the equipment had multiple problems such as the mast not being vertical, weak travel, oil leakage from the track rollers, and large vibration in the cab, requiring return to the factory for overhaul. However, relying on valuable experience accumulated in long-term practical work and full confidence in his professional skills, Jin Jing proactively proposed on-site repair and technical modification, which both facilitated the customer and saved the company a large amount of round-trip costs. At that time, the north was in the severe cold winter, and heavy snow made the maintenance environment even harsher, but Jin Jing did not retreat. With strong endurance and high-demand work execution, he fought through the night within the customer's time limit, solved the equipment faults, and completed the equipment rectification.

"One tree cannot make a forest, one general cannot make an army." Jin Jing said that no matter how great one's ability or how much one invests, it cannot compare with the strength of a team. He values the team working atmosphere, repeatedly imparting the "customer first" service philosophy to team members, and requiring every member to possess superb technical experience. They continuously pursue ultimate service and the customer's full satisfaction. Crossing stormy waves calmly, moving forward regardless of wind and rain. With ten years of perseverance as one day, his success is tireless effort and running, and his happiness is ordinary struggle and persistence.
