The C88K series programmable fully hydraulic die forging hammer adopts an integral U-shaped cast steel hammer body, with maximum blow energy ranging from 16kJ to 250kJ. The U-shaped integral frame is now widely used and is also the standard type. Casting the hammer body as one piece eliminates the connection between the hammer frame and the base, and also eliminates wear on the contact surfaces of the split bed, improving the rigidity of the hammer body and thereby greatly enhancing the hammer's ability to withstand eccentric blows.
The guide of the C88K series programmable fully hydraulic die forging hammer head uses replaceable X-shaped guide rails mounted on the inner side of the hammer body, with three-sided inset positioning, so that the guide rail bolts are not subjected to force. Imported anti-loosening stop washers are used for bolt locking, completely preventing bolt loosening. The contact surface between the guide rail plate and the hammer head extends to the center of the hammer head, so thermal expansion will not affect the sliding guide clearance. The sliding guide clearance can be adjusted very small to ensure accurate alignment of the dies. The lubrication of the radial wide guide rails is automatic, and oil supply stops once blowing ceases.
The blow system of the C88K series programmable fully hydraulic forging hammer adopts a large hammer head structure, ensuring that the blow energy is not affected while reducing the blow speed; the guide length of the hammer head is lengthened, which can improve the working precision of the hammer.

C88K-200kJ programmable (CNC) fully hydraulic die forging hammer
The control system of the C88K series programmable fully hydraulic forging hammer can ensure control of the blow energy and realization of programmable blowing, and can avoid vibration and noise caused by excess blow energy of the hammer. The fully hydraulic die forging hammer adopts a programmable automatic control system, so that the blow energy of each stroke and the blow sequence of each workpiece can be controlled as required. The vibration of the blow system is greatly improved, blow noise is greatly reduced, the technical requirements for operators are lowered, the precision of forgings is relatively stable, and both the reliability of equipment operation and the service life of dies can be improved. The blow program is simple to compile and does not require skilled computer personnel; even semi-skilled adjusters can perform adjustments. The control system is provided with a Chinese-language display window for common faults. Once an abnormality occurs, the cause of the fault can be quickly found through the fault display window, so that prompt action can be taken and maintenance time shortened.
