The project is located on the west side of Lingfeng South Road and north side of Lirong Road in Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a total construction area of 430,700 square meters. It consists of 14 towers, including office buildings, commercial buildings, talent apartments, underground parking lots, and supporting equipment rooms. Among them, the above-ground construction area is 278,800 square meters, and the underground construction area is 151,900 square meters. After completion, the project will build a comprehensive service circle integrating office, residence, consumption, culture, etc., and become a demonstration future science and technology city integrating high-quality life and low-cost entrepreneurship.

In this project, the task of the MS45E dual-wheel mixer is to construct an underground equal-thickness cement-soil mixing waterproof continuous wall before foundation pit excavation. The total length of the waterproof wall is about 1050m, with a wall thickness of 800mm. The site achieves a stable construction task of 10-12 wall panels per day, helping customers achieve 'racing' efficiency!

Among them, the project difficulty lies in the gravel layer at 7-15m depth. During drilling, the clay layer easily sticks to the drill bit, causing drilling difficulties. At the same time, the gravel layer contains stones mixed with clay, which is not only highly viscous but also hard, making it difficult to install the scraper. The MS45E dual-wheel mixer, with its high adaptability to complex strata, can easily and effectively cut hard strata. During construction, it can monitor and control the cement slurry volume, drilling speed, and precision in real time to ensure mixing effect.
