At the equipment commissioning site in Sunward Intelligent's production area, Vice Governor Zhou Haibing inquired in detail about the current situation of Sunward Intelligent and the industry's used equipment market, inventory, and export difficulties and pain points. Xia Zhihong, General Manager of Sunward Intelligent, reported on the work Sunward Intelligent has done in the pilot reform of used equipment exports in the Free Trade Zone.

Since the Free Trade Zone advanced the pilot reform in 2021, Sunward Intelligent has actively cooperated in carrying out pilot business for used construction machinery equipment exports, trial orders for construction machinery export financial leasing business, and reform of the standardized model for used equipment exports. Through actual business trial orders, it has identified bottleneck problems encountered by enterprises in actual business and assisted in process sorting, plan formulation, platform construction, and other work. At the same time, Sunward Intelligent has established a dedicated equipment refurbishment and remanufacturing workshop, increased the repair and refurbishment of used equipment, ensured the function and performance of used equipment entering construction operations after export, and improved customer satisfaction. At the beginning of this year, customers from Malaysia and Vietnam have already placed repeat and additional orders.

Zhou Haibing fully affirmed the exploration and achievements of Sunward Intelligent and the Free Trade Zone in the export of used construction machinery equipment. He emphasized that it is necessary to highlight characteristics, strengthen coordinated scheduling, form a work synergy, resolve the difficulties, pain points, and blockages in the advancement of key reform matters such as the export of used construction machinery equipment, and promote the development of an export-oriented economy.
