On February 9, Wu Yankun, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Railway 14th Bureau Group, and Yu Xiaoqing, Party Secretary and Director of the Zhangji Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project, jointly unveiled the Cao Yin Branch of the Xiaoqing Innovation and Excellence Studio at the A1 Bid Project Department of China Railway 14th Bureau Group's Zhangji Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project.

Wu Yankun and Yu Xiaoqing and their delegation visited the Innovation and Excellence Studio and gained a detailed understanding of its implementation plan and research directions.

Wu Yankun expressed sincere gratitude to the Zhangji Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project Office for its consistent support and assistance to the project. On behalf of the Group Company, he made three commitments: first, attach great importance to the project—China Railway 14th Bureau Group will carry out all aspects of project construction with high standards and strict requirements; second, allocate sufficient resources—integrate the Group's resource advantages to boost high-quality project development and provide all-round support for project construction; third, ensure completion on schedule—implement all requirements of the Zhangji Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project Office, work with real effort, and truly build the project into a premium, high-quality, and reliable project.

Yu Xiaoqing first expressed gratitude to China Railway 14th Bureau Group for its great attention to the project department and thanked the project builders for their achievements. He pointed out that the A1 Bid of China Railway 14th Bureau Group's Zhangji Reconstruction and Expansion Project, as the "leader" of the project, must fully understand the situation and further enhance its sense of urgency and responsibility. First, strengthen guidance and promote integration, and firmly uphold the construction vision with first-class political responsibility; second, lead by example and strive to be first, and achieve construction goals with a first-class mental state; third, build quality and promote innovation, and strive to create a Zhangji model with a first-class pragmatic work style.

It is reported that the studio has now been fully prepared and established. Its main purpose is to take innovation as the driving force and excellence as the pursuit, focus on the theme of "low-carbon durability + model," organize and carry out activities such as technical research, skills training, management innovation, scientific research, and learning exchanges, and rely on the "Craftsman's Cozy Residence" industrial worker training model of "living community + vocational skills training" to attract outstanding talent from the industrial worker ranks, provide support for the project's scientific and technological innovation, and at the same time promote the transformation of industrial workers into craftsmen.

During the event, both sides also jointly unveiled the project department. Relevant leaders from the East China Regional Headquarters and the Fourth Company attended the event.
