一、项目概况
三峡大学（湖北）设计咨询研究院有限责任公司受宜昌市铁路建设办公室委托，对三峡旅游观光轨道项目可行性研究及相关专题报告编制进行公开招标，选定承包人。1、本项目的建设地点：宜昌市行政区域范围内；2、项目概括：三峡旅游观光轨道项目位于宜昌市夷陵区，整体呈东西走向，线路东起自平湖半岛站，沿平湖路、三峡专用公路、终至三峡大坝集散中心。串联嫘祖庙、西陵峡、三峡人家、三峡大坝等主要景点。线路正线全长约32.6km，总投资约80亿元。3、招标范围：项目建议书编制、工程可行性研究报告编制、技术性支撑专题、审批专题及相关工作。
二、中标候选人
第一名：中铁工程设计咨询集团有限公司
投标报价：1880万元
质量目标：提交的成果必须符合国家及地方现行规范和标准要求。各阶段及专项文件满足相关专业机构或政府主管部门审查审批要求，所有成果文件必须通过相关部门审批并取得批复文件。
履约期限：120日历天内完成项目可行性研究报告编制工作，配套专题同步完成，并提供后续服务至项目结束。
