5月5日，天津地铁4号线北段工程土建3标双街站～西赵庄站右线盾构顺利贯通。
双街站～西赵庄站区间从西赵庄站北端头始发，沿京津路向北走行，区间地下段采用两台直径6.45米、长9.33米的土压平衡盾构机进行施工。该区间总长924.958米，隧道主体结构由六块预制管片拼装而成，管环外径6.2米、内径5.5米、环宽1.5米。“津轨6号”从2022年2月10日顺利始发到2022年5月5日破土而出，历时85天，期间顺利通过侧穿加油站、双江道立交桥、双迎里小区和下穿学海道天桥等多个风险源，共推进617环，最终到达位于京津路和龙顺道交口处的双街站南端头。
据了解，目前该区间共有2台盾构机同时施工，除了“津轨6号”，“津轨8号”也正在进行紧张有序的掘进作业，力争在6月15日前实现该区间“双线”贯通。
