1. Determine the position of each pile as required;

2. Install a 280 mm drill bit on the pilot-hole drilling rig for pilot drilling. During construction, pay attention to the penetration rate to prevent deviation, and remove the drill pipe after reaching the required depth;

3. After installing the drill bit on the SJL-120 drilling rig (clamped by the inner clamp), align it with the hole position as required, adjust the verticality, and set the outriggers firmly;

4. Test and check whether the high-pressure pump, mixing station, air compressor, nozzle, flow meter, pressure sensor, backend data transmission terminal and drilling rig receiving module display, data recording, etc. are normal;

5. Seal the grouting nozzle and cutting water nozzle with transparent tape, connect the drill pipes in sequence (check the sealing rings when connecting the drill pipes), and finally install the flow divider;

6. Start the air compressor, high-pressure pump and mixing station. The 230 high-pressure pump has a grout pressure of 40 MPa, the 90E has a suction pressure of 15 MPa, the air pressure is 1.0 MPa, the 360° swing jet rotation speed is 6 r/min, and the step stroke is 30 mm/min. During construction, pay attention to changes in rotation pressure and grout return conditions. After removing the drill pipe, clean it promptly to prevent nozzle blockage.
