The Baiyun Airport Phase III Expansion Project is a key project for implementing the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the "1+1+9" work deployment proposed by the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, and for helping to build Guangdong's "one core, one belt, one region" regional development pattern. The Baiyun Airport T3 Transportation Hub Rail Transit Reserved Project is located within the airport red line boundary, west of the Airport Second Expressway, east of Airport Avenue South, and south of the Baiyun Airport T3 Terminal in Baiyun District. The project introduces lines such as the Guangzhou-Zhuhai (Macao) High-Speed Railway, the Guangzhou-Conghua Intercity Railway (Guangzhou-Heyuan High-Speed Railway), and the Fangcun-Baiyun Airport Intercity Railway, including the main station body and the reserved civil engineering works for the sections at both ends of the station within the airport red line boundary. The T3 hub station foundation pit has a total east-west length of about 1,483 m, a width of about 15–164.41 m, and a depth of about 10–25 m. The total foundation pit area is about 142,300 square meters, and the total construction area of the hub station is 169,300 square meters, of which the first underground floor is the station hall floor with a construction area of 58,190 square meters, and the second underground floor is the platform floor with an area of 108,673 square meters. The content won by the company in this bid is the construction of the underground station retaining structure and engineering piles in Bored Pile Work Area II.

This project is the third sub-project of the Baiyun Airport T3 Transportation Hub Rail Transit Reserved Project that the company has won, following the Karst Grouting Project and the Fangbai East Underground Diaphragm Wall Project.
