The BCS 50 dual-wheel trench cutter produced at Bauer's Tianjin plant was developed and designed by a German team. Our design optimizes the slewing platform, resulting in lower overall fuel consumption. The BCS 50 dual-wheel cutter offers two mast options for greater flexibility: the long mast achieves a construction depth of 50 meters, while the short mast allows for increased weight of the dual-wheel cutter frame. It comes standard with the Bauer BC 32 dual-wheel cutter frame; the quality and performance of the gearbox ensure stable operation of the cutter. In addition, Bauer offers various types of cutter wheels to meet the requirements of different strata.

Mr. Zhang Xuhong, Deputy General Manager of Bauer China responsible for customer service, introduced Bauer's customer service offerings in China at the 2021 Tianjin in-house exhibition.

Bauer has three service centers in China, located in Shanghai, Tianjin and Dongguan. Each service center is equipped with a parts warehouse, spare parts, an overhaul workshop, repair equipment, service engineers and parts sales staff. There are also service points in four Chinese cities—Nanjing, Wuhan, Nanning and Xiamen—staffed with experienced service engineers.

In terms of software services, Bauer offers multiple channels for customers to submit service requests, including WeChat, a 400 hotline and an app, and uses a centrally managed service management system with closed-loop monitoring to enhance the customer experience.
