According to the introduction, the east anchorage of the Longmen Bridge adopts a circular-rectangular interlocking pile support structure of "large-diameter piles + second-stage trenches," which is the first use of its kind in the industry. The excavation plane of the east-bank anchorage foundation pit is a circle with a diameter of 90 meters. C20 core-filling concrete 8 meters thick is poured inside the foundation pit, and the total amount of core-filling rebar reaches 460 tons.

Official pouring began at 13:58 on November 23. The project construction team plans to carry out a one-time continuous pour of 47,000 cubic meters of concrete, which will be the world's largest single continuous pour volume for a sea anchorage. After more than 40 hours of continuous work, all links at the construction site are still advancing efficiently and in an orderly manner. The workers are highly motivated, transport vehicles shuttle back and forth, and machines keep running.

It is understood that the Guangxi Longmen Bridge is invested in by Guangxi Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd. and jointly constructed by CCCC Road & Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Road and Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd. It is a major infrastructure support project for the Beibu Gulf coastal integration of Beihai, Qinzhou, and Fangchenggang. The route has a total length of 7.6 kilometers, of which the bridge is 6,007 meters long. The main bridge adopts a single-span suspension bridge with a main span of 1,098 meters, a full floating system, and a steel box girder. After the project is completed, it will remove the "bottleneck" of the Guangxi coastal highway, greatly shorten the travel time and distance between Fangchenggang and Qinzhou Port, and meet the navigation requirements of 20,000 GT cruise ships.
