Ten years of focused R&D on small and medium-sized rotary drilling series products

"Tysim Machinery," led by Chairman Xin Peng, with the full name "Jiangsu Tysim Machinery Technology Co., Ltd.," is a professional engineering enterprise focused on the R&D and manufacturing of small and medium-sized piling machinery. It is also a member unit of the National Technical Committee for Foundation Construction Standards and a council member unit of the Piling Machinery Branch of the China Construction Machinery Association. In 2021, the company was evaluated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and became one of China's third batch of specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises.

At present, the company has registered more than 40 patents, and its products have all passed EU CE certification and been exported to 26 countries. With ten years of focused R&D, it has a more complete range of small and medium-sized rotary drilling series products, including the integral transport small rotary drilling rig series, Caterpillar chassis series small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs, modular rotary drilling rigs, fully hydraulic pile cutters, excavator telescopic arms and other piling machinery products, as well as the multifunctional rotary drilling series with CFA continuous flight auger construction method and the S-series low-headroom KR125ES, KR250ES and KR300ES rotary drilling rigs.

Tysim small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs support domestic infrastructure

Ten years of sharpening a sword: Tysim Machinery has deeply cultivated the field of small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs and achieved gratifying results. Subsequently, Tysim adopted an output strategy of "equipment forging + operator training," enabling the strength of Tysim small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs to be fully demonstrated and supporting large and small infrastructure projects across the country.

Across the country, the KR40A modular rotary drilling rig participated in new rural residential housing construction in Meizhou, Guangdong, and in transmission tower construction in Changsha, Hunan; the KR50A modular rotary drilling rig joined the Nanjing reservoir dam reinforcement project and also appeared at the riverbank reinforcement project in Haining, Zhejiang; the KR60A small rotary drilling rig was busy with the building foundation of "Hetang Yueyuan" in Kunshan; and the KR90A small rotary drilling rig shone in the Xuzhou Dawa-Longcheng 220kV line project and the Nanjing Metro Line 7 construction project.

The KR110D customized rotary drilling rig was assigned to participate in transmission tower foundation construction in Hunan. It mainly carries out deep foundation excavation for tower bases. According to feedback, the KR110D has a travel traction force of 230 kN and a 25° slope climbing capability, with a customized widened undercarriage, freely retractable tracks, high stability in travel and construction, and adaptability to the wild conditions of power construction. On site, in strongly weathered and moderately weathered rock, with a borehole diameter of 2000 mm and a borehole depth of 12.8 meters, the hole was completed in 9 hours, winning high praise from the construction party.

On the other hand, the KR125A small and medium-sized rotary drilling rig joined the Wuxi East High-Speed Railway Station office building project and the Nanjing Jiangning service area construction project on its own, and then teamed up with the KR150A small and medium-sized rotary drilling rig to work on the expansion project of Wuxi No. 7 People's Hospital and a dedicated transmission tower foundation construction project in Hunan.

The KR220C small and medium-sized rotary drilling rig shouldered important tasks, engaging in building foundation construction in Nanchong, the smart automobile industrial park construction project in Qingyuan County, Lishui, Zhejiang, and the Zhangzhou nuclear power station project in Fujian. Among them, in the smart automobile industrial park construction project in Qingyuan County, Lishui, Zhejiang, the on-site geological conditions were complex, with backfill soil, cohesive soil, silt, strongly weathered and moderately weathered rock layers, and boulders in the stratum. The pile diameter was mainly 800 mm, and the depth was about 30 meters. The complex stratum made construction difficult. The Tysim KR220C electronically controlled rotary drilling rig overcame various difficulties, met the designed pile foundation requirements, and the rig was stable, reliable and fuel-efficient, ensuring the overall construction progress and receiving high praise from the customer.

Tysim small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs battle in international projects

It is worth mentioning that Tysim Machinery's outstanding performance is not limited to China. To date, the entire product series of Tysim Machinery has passed EU CE certification and has long been active in the international market, participating in the construction of international projects.

It is understood that the KR50 customized rotary drilling rig is widely praised in the New Zealand offshore platform project and Malaysian infrastructure projects. The KR90C small and medium-sized rotary drilling rig, KR90M customized rotary drilling rig, KR125A small and medium-sized rotary drilling rig, KR125M customized rotary drilling rig and KR220M customized rotary drilling rig are respectively working on the front lines of the Harare airport expansion in Zimbabwe, multifunctional rotary drilling construction in Australia, a transmission line project in Zambia, offshore platform operations in Qatar, housing pile construction in Australia, single-axis mixing pile construction in Singapore, and the Uzbekistan Financial Building Center project.

During project construction in Malaysia, the KR300C medium-sized rotary drilling rig encountered a relatively complex geological structure. The quartzite hardness reached 80 MPa, and the borehole diameter was 1500 mm. The KR285C medium-sized rotary drilling rig had an rock penetration depth of 8 m and took 14 hours to complete the hole. A BG36 rotary drilling rig of a German brand was also working on the same site. The excellent construction performance of the KR300C medium-sized rotary drilling rig made the customer extremely satisfied, and the customer also gave high praise to Tysim's after-sales service.

Despite continuous praise from both domestic and international sources, Xin Peng, Chairman of Tysim Machinery, insists that today's honors are only recognition of Tysim Machinery's present and past.
