10月11日，随着“轰隆”一声巨响，盾构机破桩而出，长沙市万家丽路快速化改造北延线（含电力隧道）项目电力隧道第三区间第3号盾构机完成接收，该区间顺利洞通。
万家丽路快速化改造北延线（含电力隧道）项目由中铁五局承建，其中的电力隧道是湖南省最长电力盾构隧道，也是长沙电网“630 攻坚”建设重大行动的重要组成部分。该隧道长7.6公里，其中5.1公里由盾构机施工，2.5公里采用明挖隧道施工。到10月11日，该电力隧道已施工7.3公里，建设重点将转移到区间清扫、支架安装、消防工程等环节，预计将于11月建成。
