下派河路站车站长度630米，设置3座风亭，9个出入口，主体结构采用地下两层单柱双跨（局部双柱三跨）钢筋混凝土箱型框架结构，车站覆土厚度2.2至3.6米，底板埋深16.5至19.0米。
该站于2021年3月20日开始结构施工，在肥西县政府支持下，合肥轨道精心组织施工单位提前谋划工筹、合理配置资源、强化人员配置，借助BIM技术实施工序紧密穿插，采用群塔吊装技术、创新网格化项目管理体系等措施，历时6个月完成车站主体结构封顶。
