To further foster an atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education, and to stimulate the intrinsic motivation of the internal trainer team, on the eve of Teachers' Day, witnessed by XCMG Foundation leaders, Party branch secretaries, and internal trainer representatives, the Business Division's 2021 Outstanding Internal Trainers were commended, and appointment certificates were issued to newly appointed internal trainers for 2022.

The purpose of training is for trainees to gain something. As long as this goal is taken as the guide, the STAR principle is reasonably applied, and every aspect of the training is prepared with care, every training session can benefit trainees greatly.

During teaching, pay attention to trainees' listening performance, interact through questioning or explain vivid and specific cases so that trainees closely follow the internal trainer's line of thought. The internal trainer's language should be clear, fluent, concise, and easy to understand, and attention should also be paid to speaking pace. Post-class communication and summary also play a significant role in consolidating training knowledge.

The core of safety training is to clearly explain "what I am required to do, how to do it" and "what must not be done." It is important to grasp the characteristics of adult education and avoid preaching-style training. As a safety course internal trainer, one must continuously improve one's professional knowledge and abilities. Lesson preparation and trial teaching should become good habits for every internal trainer.

Internal trainers should not only cultivate talent, but also cultivate internal trainers who, like us, understand knowledge and know how to train, continuously improving their own qualities and strengthening the internal trainer team. In addition to classroom explanation and interaction, internal trainers should pay more attention to practicing what they preach and leading by example; they must explain thoroughly and take the lead in demonstrating properly.

At the meeting, Secretary Liu of the Business Division fully affirmed the work of internal trainers and emphasized that, against the B2 goal, there is still great room for improvement in the Business Division's talent team building and talent cultivation work. Expectations were put forward for internal trainers:

1. Be diligent in summarizing. Internal trainers are disseminators of corporate culture, strategy, and knowledge and experience. In daily work, they should be good at observing, diligent in thinking, and diligent in summarizing, do a good job in knowledge extraction, and in deep enterprise practice do well in summarizing, refining, and passing on.

2. Be good at learning. Internal trainers must first be business experts, and on that basis also become excellent trainers and facilitators, driving more people to grow and become talented. They should learn professional knowledge from books, learn to apply knowledge from practice, and learn and grow from others' experience and lessons.
3. Cultivate integrity. As corporate internal trainers, they should constantly examine whether their words and deeds conform to XCMG's values and enterprise spirit. While cultivating others' business skills, they should pay more attention to teaching by example and pass on XCMG's spiritual culture; while imparting knowledge and resolving doubts, they must especially "pass on the Way."
It is hoped that every internal trainer will be a firm practitioner and disseminator of corporate strategy and corporate culture, passing on XCMG Foundation's distinctive spirit of emancipating the mind, bold practice, and daring to be first, so that trainees not only receive professional knowledge but also feel full positive energy and the charm of XCMG's culture.
The Business Division should further improve the training system, use good mechanisms to promote an atmosphere of proactive learning and improvement, and make every Foundation person a beneficiary and promoter of the training system.
