On July 31, 2021, the Piling Engineering Luying Association 2021 Mid-Year Exchange Meeting was successfully held online, with member units located in Beijing, Wuxi, Wenzhou, Xuzhou, Foshan and other places gathering online for exchange for the first time. Members of the Luying Association Council and sales directors, Luying Association advisors and heads of friendly units attended the meeting online. Huang Zhiming, Secretary-General of the Piling Machinery Branch of the China Construction Machinery Association, and Zhou Qin, Vice President of the Far East Region of the Power Technology Division of Atlas Copco Group, expressed important views at the exchange meeting.

Registration for the Luying Association's first online meeting

Due to the pandemic, the venue of this Luying Association mid-year meeting was changed from Xuzhou to an online meeting for each unit. Based on their companies' overall operating conditions, analysis of business highlights, existing problems and situation analysis, and next-stage work ideas and key projects, each member unit shared and exchanged views, and discussed the internal cooperation needs and opportunities among Luying Association members.

This meeting fully reflected the good exchange and cooperation atmosphere of the Luying Association's substantive advancement and international vision. In addition to the member units attending the full-day meeting in their company conference rooms, online participants also included Mr. Pan in Singapore, Mr. Zhou in Hong Kong, and Mr. Di in Uzbekistan. Everyone jointly discussed the operating situation in the first half of the year and subsequent countermeasures, and also discussed the prospects and plans for the internationalization of China's piling industry. Vice President Zhou Qin shared with everyone at the exchange meeting the concept of regional management in sales business, hoping that the sales teams of the online units could improve the status quo through regional management, increase market share, and ultimately achieve the multiple goals of increased sales, improved profitability, and improved customer experience, finally realizing the rapid development of each company.

Secretary-General Huang Zhiming made a special trip to the conference room of Jiangsu Taixin in Wuxi to attend this meeting and spoke at the exchange meeting: At present, the construction machinery industry situation is clearly declining. Enterprises in the same industry need even more to "watch the big trend and do the small things." Watching the big trend means we should look at both the industry trend and the impact of the political situation on enterprises, and also organize specific department members to conduct thematic exchange and analysis. Doing the small things means that relative to the macro national scale, enterprise matters are all small matters. Abandon market opportunism and speculation, truly return to the essence of manufacturing, do one product well, do one service well, start from the details and improve operating quality step by step. It is recommended that factories with the ability and energy establish or improve intelligent and digital manufacturing systems. Drive development through innovation and pursue specialized, refined, and distinctive development in segmented fields. Pool the resources of each Luying Association unit and contribute to promoting the overall development of the industry with a broader vision. Combine common concepts, information, business, and brand promotion to achieve the purpose of "sharing, consensus, common development."

The Piling Engineering Luying Association is a collaborative organization jointly initiated by multiple piling industry enterprises. It aims to integrate each company's technical resources and market resources, jointly carry out market promotion, learn and exchange together, and promote cooperation and sharing among members. At present, the member units of the Piling Engineering Luying Association include twelve units: Jiangsu Taixin, Wenzhou Zhenzhong, Beijing Zhenchong, Xuzhou Greian, Shandong Haoquan, Beijing Dafu, Wuxi Xinliang, Jiangxi Global Geotechnical, Wenzhou Jingjiu Foundation, Guangdong Keda Hydraulics, Hunan Volga, and Wenzhou Ruizuan. The Luying Association was also established in response to the call and encouragement of "integrated sharing and collective development" proposed by leaders of China's piling machinery industry, bringing together enterprises in various segmented fields of the piling industry, and can provide customers with multiple solutions and services. Since its establishment several years ago, it has had multiple successful cases of shared cooperation in domestic and international exhibitions, marketing, and many other aspects.
The successful holding of this annual exchange meeting clarified the direction for the development and cooperation of Luying Association enterprises in the second half of 2021, and also formed a new communication method for Luying Association members. Members will always uphold the concept of "sharing, consensus, common development," enhance exchange and cooperation among all members, and contribute to the development of the entire piling industry.
