Project Updates

To advance the enhancement of the enterprise's quality brand, value customer demands, build premium projects, and ensure the effective high-quality delivery of products upon project completion, Chengkan Institute conducted an internal acceptance inspection of the newly built Xiehe Changshun Nine-Year School project on August 2. The inspection was led by Gao Xiaofeng, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Institute.

Flawless Fulfillment, Supreme Service, Owner Satisfaction

At the acceptance meeting, Gao Xiaofeng publicized the Group's "Management Rules for Completion and Delivery of Building Construction Products" and required the project team to focus on enhancing service awareness and valuing customer demands during the final stage, and to proactively identify and solve problems from the perspectives of school use and student safety. Subsequently, the team conducted detailed inspection and acceptance of the primary school section, middle school section, general site works, and other structures in groups, and put forward rectification opinions.

This internal acceptance work focused on details, strictly controlled quality, and, with a responsible attitude toward society and the people, concentrated on improving customer satisfaction and promoting the development of local education through practical actions.
