Recently, the 'Block 0' pouring of the (70+125+70)-meter continuous beam of the grand bridge over the Weiqing Expressway, undertaken by the ZQSG-1 Project Department of the Lairong Railway under Sinohydro Bureau 7, was completed, kicking off the concrete pouring of the continuous beam.

The grand bridge over the Weiqing Expressway is one of the key projects of the Lairong High-speed Railway. With a total length of 7,079.2 meters, its (70+125+70)-meter continuous beam is a controlling works of this contract section. The project department attached great importance to it, held several special meetings to clarify the key points of safety and quality control for each construction procedure, and promoted standardized on-site construction. Bridge engineers and full-time safety officers of the project department were stationed on site to conduct regular inspections of the construction site, ensuring that hidden dangers were checked with no blind spots. On-site management personnel and work teams of the project department always put safety in production first, made unified arrangements, and carefully studied construction and safety technical plans, effectively guaranteeing safe production at the construction site and laying the foundation for the 'Block 0' construction of the continuous beam.

It is reported that with the completion of the 'Block 0' pouring, the cantilever construction with form traveler for the continuous beam will be fully launched, and closure is expected in March 2022.
