Recently, relevant officials from the Changchun Municipal Transport Bureau and the Provincial Department of Transport visited the construction site of the Jiutai–Shuangyang section of the Changchun Metropolitan Area One-Hour Ring Expressway to inspect project progress, work safety, and quality supervision.

At present, the Jiutai–Shuangyang section of the Changchun Metropolitan Area One-Hour Ring Expressway construction project has completed an investment of 2.771 billion yuan, accounting for 51.6% of the total investment. Key processes such as cover slab culverts, box culverts, soft foundation treatment, and earthwork excavation have all completed more than 90% of the designed total. Meanwhile, subgrade acceptance work for the project has begun, with plans to start pavement structural layer construction on July 15 and achieve half-width through-traffic on August 31.
