Since the beginning of this year, Shenmu City has consistently adhered to the working approach of "vigorously pursuing projects and pursuing major projects," accelerating the implementation and effectiveness of key projects and accumulating surging momentum for high-quality economic development.

The standardized factory building construction project in Shenmu Economic Development Zone is a key construction project of Shenmu City, covering a total area of 100 mu with an estimated total investment of 171 million yuan. According to the plan, the first phase of the project will adopt the EPC general contracting model to build two standardized factory buildings, A and B, as well as a comprehensive service building, product testing site, plant roads and pipe networks, and other supporting ancillary facilities. Among them, Factory Building A, intended for the Beijing Xinshiqi unmanned vehicle project, is currently undergoing exterior wall and roof panel construction and is scheduled for full completion in the near future; Factory Building B and the comprehensive service building, intended for the Beijing Lingtian robot project, are undergoing independent foundation construction, with the main structure planned to be completed by the end of August. Once the project is completed and enterprises move in, it will effectively fill the gap in Shenmu City in the field of intelligent manufacturing industry.

Tower cranes stand in clusters, vehicles shuttle back and forth, machinery roars, and welding sparks fly... Recently, at the site of the Yuneng Yanghuopan coal-power integration power plant project in Dianta Town, Shenmu City, it was learned that the project is under construction in full swing.

As one of the supporting power sources for the Shaanbei-Hubei ±800 kV ultra-high-voltage direct current transmission project, the Yanghuopan power plant covers an area of 493 mu and is planned to achieve dual commissioning by the end of 2022, at which point annual power generation will reach 7.2 billion kWh. "Since the project started in May last year, it has achieved major milestones including the main powerhouse foundation reaching zero meters, the hoisting of the steel frames of Boilers #1 and #2, and the hoisting of the steel tube concrete X-columns of Cooling Towers #1 and #2, with cumulative investment of 1.008 billion yuan completed," said Shi Tianqi, deputy general manager of Yanghuopan Coal-Power Company.

It is also understood that in 2021, Shenmu City arranged a total of 456 government-invested construction projects, involving urban infrastructure, road traffic, ecological and environmental protection, cultural tourism, rural revitalization and other fields. Among them, 191 of 207 continued projects have resumed construction, and 99 of 199 new projects have started construction, with a combined investment of 3.431 billion yuan completed; 103 enterprise-invested construction projects were arranged, including 4 provincial key projects and 29 municipal key projects. At present, 51 projects have resumed or started construction, with a combined investment of 6.225 billion yuan completed.
