近日，小浪底北岸灌区工程总干渠2陡坡犹如一条玉带镶嵌在豫北大地上。小浪底北岸灌区工程是河南省实施四水同治首批推进的十大重点水利工程项目之一，今年年底前，除总干渠隧洞及隧洞间部分建筑物外，其余工程基本完成。项目建成后，对完善全省水资源配置网络，优化豫北水资源配置格局，构建黄河北岸清水走廊，改善区域水生态环境，增强农业生产能力，增加农民收入将发挥重要作用。
