Since the beginning of this year, 23 construction projects have commenced in Guantao County, Hebei, covering key sectors such as ice and snow cultural tourism, equipment manufacturing, precision bearings, building materials, food processing, and infrastructure, with a total investment of 5.847 billion yuan. A total of 189 investment leads have been discussed, 15 projects have been signed with a total contract value of 11.07 billion yuan, ranking first in Handan City in the number of signed projects.

Guantao County regards investment promotion and project construction as an important lever for high-quality development, closely focusing on "distinctive primary industry, strong secondary industry, and dynamic tertiary industry" to build a "142" industrial layout. It promotes investment around key sectors and commercial logistics, makes every effort to plan, advance, and implement projects, and has established mechanisms such as biweekly scheduling and project agency services, continuously generating a surge in project construction.
