近日，滇中引水大理1段4标项目衍庆至芹河隧道工程建设有序推进。
衍庆至芹河隧道工程建设项目位于鹤庆县境内，衍庆至芹河隧道全长14.339公里，分衍庆村隧洞、芹河隧洞、芹河1号和２号支洞等施工点。
芹河２号支洞是一个坡度为27度的斜井，全长2131米，目前已经完成1021米的工程建设，计划7月底进入衍庆至芹河隧道的主线施工。
