近日，随着主隧盾构“前海先锋号”完成452环管片拼装，“前海-南山排水深隧系统工程”主隧盾构穿过首个重大风险源，顺利下穿广深沿江高速桥及其保护范围，为后续主隧盾构下穿运营地铁线路积累了宝贵经验。
据悉，“前海-南山排水深隧系统工程”主隧长约3.7千米，隧洞内径6.0米，埋深约45米，是国内首条多功能深层排水隧道。工程主隧盾构机采用中铁784号复合式盾构机，是根据项目地质情况量身定制。盾构区间段隧道位于典型花岗岩、混合花岗岩区域，花岗岩、混合花岗岩岩石坚硬，地质条件复杂极易造成失水沉降。经过科学组织、精细施工，主隧盾构“前海先锋号”历时18天，克服工程地质条件复杂等诸多困难，最终安全顺利下穿广深沿江高速桥。
