Approval Flowchart Version 2.0 still follows the four stages (project initiation, land use and planning permission stage; engineering construction permission stage; construction permission stage; completion acceptance stage) and four project types (government-invested projects, general social-invested projects, social-invested projects with land transferred together with a scheme, and small social-invested projects). However, on the previous basis, municipal public service installation applications have been added to the main process stages, and matters that can be handled in parallel or concurrently at each stage have been further adjusted and optimized. At the same time, Version 2.0 of the flowchart clearly marks matters under provincial authority, making it easier for service recipients to apply and for approval personnel to review.

It is reported that the issuance of the Tongren Municipal Construction Project Approval List and Approval Flowchart Version 2.0 will once again sound the call for all parts of the city to accelerate the "construction reform" work. To ensure and urge the orderly and rapid advancement of Tongren's "construction reform" work, the office of the municipal leading group for construction reform has required technical personnel of the "construction reform" system to optimize system configuration day and night according to the latest list and items, ensuring that the system upgrade is completed by the end of June. By then, Tongren's "construction reform" work will present a scene of flourishing development across the board.
