近日，琼海市召开集中开展2021年度建设工程招投标突出问题专项整治动员部署会。从会上获悉，琼海将集中开展为期一年的建设工程招投标突出问题专项整治。
这次建设工程招投标突出问题专项整治范围为：2020年度和2021年度依法必须招标的房屋建筑和市政工程（含园林绿化工程等）、交通运输工程、水务工程等工程项目。整治重点包括：招标人或招标代理机构以不合理条件限制或排斥潜在投标人；投标人之间串通投标或与招标人串通投标；评标专家不客观、不公正履行职责等。
