Recently, the District Preliminary Work Center (Rail Transit Center) held a special meeting to convey and study the spirit of the Seventh Municipal Party Congress, the First Plenary Session of the Seventh Municipal Party Committee, and the District Party Committee Standing Committee (Enlarged) Meeting.

The meeting emphasized the need to closely focus on the goals set forth at the Seventh Municipal Party Congress, anchor the strategic positioning of building a "Digital Longhua, Urban Core" in all respects, and ensure the implementation of the Congress spirit. In advancing government-invested engineering projects and rail transit planning and construction, the Center should proactively benchmark against the best and highest standards, actively use urban infrastructure construction to drive urban quality improvement, and strive to open a new chapter in livelihood infrastructure construction from a new starting point.

The meeting required: First, strictly follow the work arrangements of the Municipal Party Committee and District Party Committee, integrate Party history learning and education, and earnestly study and understand the meeting spirit. Second, earnestly implement the spirit of the Seventh Municipal Party Congress and relevant District Party Committee meetings, promote the comprehensive acceleration and quality improvement of government-invested engineering projects, and build a new Longhua IP with higher requirements, higher standards, and higher specifications. Third, fully implement the District Party Committee's strategic deployment on "Digital Longhua," seriously study the integration of Digital Longhua with the early stages of project construction, fully leverage the advantages of digital construction, embody digital concepts in projects, and empower project construction. Fourth, pay more attention to the culture of striving, enhance oneself in reform and innovation with the courage to tackle difficulties and the passion to strive, and strive to be a new force in reform and tackling difficulties and a pioneer and demonstrator in improving urban quality. Fifth, strengthen the transformation of work style, advance integrity construction as a whole, take the "Strong Foundation and Leading Navigation" Party building work of the Center's branch as a breakthrough, and deeply consider the mission and responsibility of improving livelihood quality.
