施工人员在中老铁路曼木树隧道贯通点欢庆
5月6日获悉，经过建设者1700多天的昼夜奋战，中（国）老（挝）昆（明）万（象）铁路高风险控制性工程曼木树隧道安全贯通。至此，中老铁路10公里以上15座隧道全部贯通。
中老铁路国内玉磨段共有93座隧道，其中10公里以上隧道15座，桥隧比高达87%，修建难度极大。目前隧道已贯通92座，剩余的景寨隧道工期处于可控范围内，贯通在望。

中老铁路全长1000多公里，是中国“一带一路”倡议与老挝“变陆锁国为陆联国”战略的对接项目，建成通车后，云南省昆明市至西双版纳傣族自治州景洪市仅需3个多小时，至老挝万象有望实现直达运输、当日通达。
