4月22日，随着科苑站盾构接收端头洞门地连墙的破除，科深区间（科苑站-深大东站）右线顺利贯通。至此，地铁13号线第9条单线隧道贯通。
科深区间右线盾构从深大东站小里程端始发，沿科苑大道下穿高新南九道，于科苑站大里程端接收。隧道全长约368m，埋深17.1～19.0m，线间距为10.28~17.33m，左右线最小水平净距约4.08m。
科深区间为13号线项目与科苑大道地下空间开发共建的首个区间，右线盾构于2021年2月4日正式始发，跨年施工，两次近距离下穿地下空间深基坑，历时77天顺利实现洞通。
