Recently, construction began on the interchange project at the intersection of Xiangdi North Road and Laodaohe South Road.

　　The interchange project at the intersection of Xiangdi North Road and Laodaohe South Road is a key component of the Xiangdi North Road project. According to the construction schedule, the project is expected to be completed in October. The Laodaohe Bridge has a total length of 450.1 meters and a total width of 40 meters, designed with eight lanes in both directions. Once completed, Xiangdi North Road and Laodaohe South Road will be connected via the interchange, effectively optimizing the road traffic organization, significantly improving traffic efficiency, and making travel safer, smoother, and more orderly for residents.

　　It is understood that Xiangdi Road connects Binhu East Road to the south and Logistics Avenue to the north. The entire project consists of three major parts: the road works, the Laodaohe Bridge, and the interchange project.

　　In accordance with the new development pattern of the metropolitan economic zone featuring "one core, three cities, two axes, and four districts" proposed by the Changsha County Party Committee and County Government, Xiangdi Road is a backbone road of the Northern Ecological Service New City within the "four districts." The simultaneous construction of a multi-level interchange between Laodaohe South Road and Xiangdi Road is of great significance for accelerating regional traffic speed and boosting the economic development of the Northern Ecological New City.
