Recently, Wang Shanping, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, chaired the second 2021 progress meeting on the relocation and reconstruction of the Bazhong Municipal Party School (Dabashan Cadre College), where he listened to reports on project progress and studied specific issues requiring urgent resolution.

　　Wang Shanping pointed out that advancing the relocation and reconstruction of the Municipal Party School (Dabashan Cadre College) is a practical necessity for strengthening Party history learning and education, revolutionary tradition education, and the inheritance of red culture; for deeply exploring and utilizing red resources, building a red calling card, and expanding external influence; and for strengthening Party school work and cadre training under the new situation. The Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government are highly concerned about this, and the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attach great importance to it, with principal leaders personally deploying it. Everyone must further raise their political stance, build consensus in thinking, advance project construction at a high level and high standards, and make good use of, publicize well, and pass on well the red resources.

　　Wang Shanping emphasized that construction tasks must be further clarified, project design optimized, and the setting of project functional zones and spatial layout improved. Funding channels and tasks must be further clarified; in accordance with the determined funding scale, funding channels, responsible entities, and time nodes for arrival of funds, a task list and responsibility list for fund arrival must be formed, and the status of fund arrival must be reported regularly. Relevant departments and districts and counties must attach great importance, further clarify land supply and supporting preferential policies, and guarantee project construction land in accordance with relevant legal procedures. Work progress must be further accelerated; according to the task list, schedules must be worked out in reverse, supervision and target performance assessment strengthened, and accountability used to force the implementation of work. Planning must be done in advance with a long-term perspective, major issues in project construction and the operating mechanism after project completion must be carefully studied, and orderly project construction and smooth operation must be ensured.
