Recently, Tysim's KR90A small rotary drilling rig was deployed at the Jiangsu Yangzhou Jieli New Energy Vehicle Electronics and High-Power Semiconductor Wafer Project, primarily for plant pile foundation construction. On site, the Tysim rig competed alongside rigs from other brands and received unanimous praise from site management, the general contractor, and the owner. Mr. Chen, the site manager, remarked: 'The Tysim KR90A is fuel-efficient, fast, and doesn't break down even under continuous operation!'


　　The site's geological conditions are mainly sandy soil and clay layers, with a pile diameter of 600mm. As can be seen from the table, Tysim's daily output is consistently the highest, reaching 315 meters, with the lowest average fuel consumption of 0.285 L/m. In contrast, the largest model on site, the 220, has the lowest daily output and the highest fuel consumption, with fuel consumption per meter being four times that of the Tysim KR90A.


　　The Tysim KR90 rotary drilling rig has an engine power of 86 kW, an overall weight of 25 t, a drilling diameter of 400-1200 mm, and a maximum depth of 28 m. Why does it achieve such excellent results? The main advantages are as follows:

　　1. The KR90 rig adopts a lightweight design, weighing only 25 t. The engine's own power consumption is low. Under the same construction conditions, most of the engine's effective power is used for drilling. At the same time, the drill pipe is lightweight. Under the same safety factor, the lifting and lowering speed of the drill pipe can reach a maximum of 75 m/min, and the rig's slewing speed can reach 5 r/min. Compared with rigs of other brands, the heavier the rig, the lower the safety and the lower the speed, while fuel consumption increases.
　　2. The rotary head speed is as fast as 8-30 r/min. This site is mainly clay, with small hole diameters, making soil dumping difficult. The Tysim KR90 rotary drilling equipment has fast soil dumping speed, making construction more efficient.
