Through review, the reporter found that over the past four months, the Tengzhou Spring Key Project Concentrated Groundbreaking Mobilization Meeting was held, marking the concentrated groundbreaking of the first batch of 8 key projects in Tengzhou with a total investment of nearly 12 billion yuan; on March 25, Tengzhou held the concentrated groundbreaking of the second batch of key projects, with 17 projects breaking ground, covering multiple fields such as high-end equipment, high-end chemicals, new materials, and high-quality and efficient agriculture, making it the county-level city with the most projects breaking ground at one time in the province this year.

　　It is understood that among Tengzhou's 36 provincial and municipal key projects, 19 are provincial key projects, an increase of 5 over last year. At present, all 19 provincial key projects have started construction, completing an investment of 1.32 billion yuan, 30.2% of the annual plan, exceeding the scheduled progress by 5.2 percentage points; of the 17 municipal key projects, 16 have resumed or started construction, completing an investment of 1.7 billion yuan, 27.3% of the annual plan, exceeding the scheduled progress by 2.3 percentage points.

This project involves an investment of 260 million yuan and covers an area of 40 mu. Project site selection, land leveling, and project approval and environmental impact assessment procedures have been completed. Because the project site involves collective land and the province's detailed rules for the transfer of collective land have not yet been clarified, the processing of land procedures has been affected. Next, it is planned to follow the state-owned land transfer process to accelerate the processing of project land procedures and ensure smooth groundbreaking in May.

　　It was also noted that the Lvzhineng Water Treatment Agent Project is progressing relatively slowly. This project involves an investment of 330 million yuan, is located in the Lunan High-tech Chemical Park, and started construction in January this year. Because Yangtao Road, the only access route to the project site, is undergoing South-to-North Water Diversion pipeline construction, vehicles transporting building materials cannot pass, thereby affecting the project construction progress. It is expected that earthwork backfilling on Yangtao Road can be completed in mid-April. Once the road surface basically meets traffic conditions, project construction will enter the fast lane, striving for completion and trial production in October this year.

At the same time, it will firmly establish a sense of quality and efficiency, concentrate resources and factors, and give priority to guaranteeing and supporting the construction of provincial and municipal key projects. It will ensure that responsibilities are pressed down at the front line, situations are grasped at the front line, and problems are solved at the front line, removing all obstacles restricting project construction and striving to achieve Tengzhou's "acceleration."
