At 8:28 on March 23, the Liushuwan Tunnel of the S306 Baoji-Linyou Liangshe-Liangting Highway Project, constructed by the Road and Bridge Company of China Railway Seventh Group, was successfully holed through, marking important progress in the project's construction.

　　The S306 Liangshe-Liangting Highway Reconstruction EPC Project starts in Liangshe Village, Jiuchenggong Town, Linyou County, connecting with the planned Liangshe exit connecting line of the Hefeng Expressway, and ends at Maxinzhuang south of Liangting Town, connecting with National Highway G244. The route is 27.4 kilometers long, with a total investment of 460 million yuan. As one of the project's controlling works, the Liushuwan Tunnel is 662 meters long. Since construction began, in order to ensure the safety, quality and progress of tunnel construction, the construction unit has strengthened process control and strictly managed construction safety and quality, ensuring the smooth breakthrough of the tunnel.

　　It is understood that the project is an important part of Linyou County's "three horizontal, five vertical and four branch lines" transportation network and the main channel for outward transport from the Linbei Coalfield. Once completed, it will greatly upgrade the quality and grade of the county's trunk road network, ease regional traffic pressure, solve the difficulty of transporting coal, agricultural products and other resources outward, and is of great significance for helping people along the route become better off and promoting economic development.
