3月17日，苏州轨道交通在其官网发布了苏州市城市轨道交通第三期建设规划调整（2021-2026）环境影响评价公众参与第一次公示。
公示内容显示，本次建设规划调整环境影响评价范围总规模约30.3km，分别为2号线北延伸线、4号线延伸线、7号线北段延伸线及支线。评价范围内新建17座车站、1座停车场和1座主所，扩建1座既有停车场。
2号线北延伸线起于渭塘镇爱格豪路，接入2号线骑河。
4号线延伸线起于渭塘镇观塘路，接入4号线龙道浜。扩建既有元和停车场。
7号线北段延伸线起于黄埭镇春丰路，接入在建7号线莫阳；7号线支线起于北桥镇中泾路，接入主线石港路。新建停车场1座，新建主变电所1座。

本次为建设规划环境影响评价的第一次信息公示。在本次信息公示后，公众可通过向公示的地址发送电子邮件、信函或打电话等方式向建设单位提出与该建设规划环境影响评价相关的意见。
