　　According to the implementation progress, the 208 projects are divided into three categories: planned new projects, continuing projects, and preparatory projects. Planned new projects refer to projects that can complete preliminary work and start construction in the first half of 2021; continuing projects refer to projects that will continue construction or be completed in 2021; preparatory projects refer to projects that can complete preliminary work in the second half of 2021 and strive to start construction. After the preparatory projects start, they will be managed as new projects. Among them, there are 70 planned new projects with a total investment of 286.896 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 61.29 billion yuan; 116 continuing projects with a total investment of 695.087 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 125.839 billion yuan; and 22 preparatory projects with a total investment of 138.871 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 713 million yuan.

　　By industry, in the agricultural and water conservancy field, focusing on implementing the rural revitalization strategy and vigorously developing Gobi agriculture, we will prioritize agricultural and water conservancy projects with large investment scale and strong driving capacity, develop large-scale and intensive Gobi agriculture projects, intensive livestock projects, and agricultural ecological poverty alleviation development and construction projects. 18 projects are included, with an annual planned investment of 6.468 billion yuan, accounting for 3.44% of the total annual planned investment of provincial major projects (hereinafter referred to as "proportion").

　　In the ecological and environmental protection field, according to the overall deployment of ecological and environmental governance in the province, we will promote major projects such as ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin, industrial waste treatment and utilization, and strive to make up for the shortcomings of the ecological environment. 10 projects are included, with an annual planned investment of 4.97 billion yuan, accounting for 2.65%.

　　In the transportation and logistics field, focusing on the requirements of building a skeleton and improving the network, we will build transportation corridors that support corridor economy, open economy, and county economy development, and coordinate the construction of road networks, civil aviation, and logistics projects. 62 projects are included, with an annual planned investment of 88.055 billion yuan, accounting for 46.88%.

　　In the energy field, focusing on the construction of power grids, oil and gas production capacity, etc., we will promote the balanced development of regional energy and build new cities that are resource-saving, city-friendly, and environmentally beautiful. 24 projects are included, with an annual planned investment of 43.955 billion yuan, accounting for 23.4%.

　　In the industrial transformation and upgrading and technological innovation field, we will actively promote enterprise technological transformation, accelerate the construction of major projects such as 5G, big data, and extension of advantageous industrial chains, and strive to cultivate new drivers for industrial development. 36 projects are included, with an annual planned investment of 14.129 billion yuan, accounting for 7.52%.

　　In the social and livelihood field, focusing on urban and rural public infrastructure, education and medical care, health and elderly care, etc., we will prioritize major projects in areas such as university campuses, national health security projects, and modern education promotion projects. 32 projects are included, with an annual planned investment of 9.589 billion yuan, accounting for 5.1%.

　　In the cultural tourism field, we will focus on implementing projects such as scenic area upgrades, rural tourism development, and historical and cultural dissemination and inheritance, promote the organic integration of historical culture, ethnic and folk culture, and ecological culture with tourism development, and maximize the benefits of industrial integration. 11 projects are included, with an annual planned investment of 6.126 billion yuan, accounting for 3.26%.
