Recently, the 2021 centralized commencement ceremony for key projects in Qingyang City was held, with events set up in 8 counties (districts). A total of 158 projects broke ground, with a total investment of 39.2 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 16.7 billion yuan.

　　It is understood that in order to solve prominent problems in project construction such as difficult approval, lack of funds, and slow progress, since late December last year, Qingyang City has organized and carried out a 100-day "Idle Winter · Focus on Projects" campaign, concentrating efforts on project planning and reserves, accelerating the processing of required documents, and implementing construction conditions. Departments at all levels across the city have deeply planned, proactively competed, concentrated on handling, accelerated implementation, and fully assisted, achieving positive results. On that day, 158 projects including the 200,000-ton hydrogen peroxide and 20,000-ton morpholine project of Hongda Chemical in Xifeng District, the new Qingyang Supply Station of the Materials Supply Department of Changqing Oilfield in Qingcheng County, and Phase II of the Zhenyuan Wufang International Trade City broke ground in a centralized manner, involving fields such as industrial cultivation, infrastructure, public services, livelihood security, and ecological environmental protection.
