Construction location: the existing Sandong Avenue in Huadu District, starting at the Huadu District People's Armed Forces Department and ending at Shuguang Road.

Construction scale and main contents: The project is located on the existing Sandong Avenue, starting in the west at the Huadu District People's Armed Forces Department and ending in the east at Shuguang Road. It involves the reconstruction of the existing Sandong Avenue, with a total reconstruction length of approximately 1.383 km. The tunnel is 1.017 km long in total. The project is built to the standard of an urban arterial road, with a planned red line width of 50-60 m, six lanes in both directions on the main line, a main line design speed of 60 km/h, four lanes in both directions on the auxiliary roads, and an auxiliary road design speed of 40 km/h. The main construction contents include road, tunnel, drainage, traffic, landscaping, power cable trench, and other works.
