日前，镇康（南伞）至耿马（清水河）高速公路重点控制性工程--大梁山特长隧道右幅顺利贯通，为镇清高速公路年内全线建成通车奠定坚实基础。
镇清高速公路项目起于镇康县南伞红岩村，与瑞丽至孟连高速公路龙镇桥至镇康段相接，起点处设红岩连接线与在建的省道S231线龙南二级公路连接，经南伞工业园区、桃子寨、一碗水、三叉木，路线沿南捧河右岸布设，止于耿马县清水河大湾江村，其中大梁山隧道为分离式隧道，右幅全长5456米，左幅全长5500米。
镇清高速公路是联通“云南孟定清水河”与“云南南伞”两个国家级口岸的高速公路，也是串联云南省沿边地区8个州市24个县沿边高速的重要组成路段，通车后将对云南加快辐射中心建设、沿边开放经济带发展具有重要意义。
