Recently, at the construction site of the enterprise incubator project in Tongling Suburban Economic Development Zone, the second phase is undergoing interior decoration; among the four factory buildings of the third phase, two are carrying out wall construction, and the entire third phase project will be completed and delivered in August this year. It was learned at the site that the key projects under construction in the Suburban Economic Development Zone have resumed work successively since February 19, and currently there are more than 150 people participating in the construction on site every day.

　　At present, the projects under construction in the Suburban Economic Development Zone also include the Advanced Materials Industry Demonstration Park, the six-road project (Phase I) of Datong Industrial and Trade Park, and the 5G Optoelectronics Industrial Park Phase I and II, etc. Among them, the 5G Optoelectronics Industrial Park has a total construction area of 140,000 square meters, including 120,000 square meters of standardized factory buildings and 20,000 square meters of office buildings and supporting facilities. It is planned to be fully completed within 2 years, and enterprises will be settled in simultaneously; the six-road project (Phase I) of Datong Industrial and Trade Park started in November 2020, and the construction content includes two north-south roads and corresponding pipeline, drainage, lighting, greening and other projects, and is planned to be completed in June this year.

　　Among them, Moxing Mountain Road starts from the southern section of Lingjiang Avenue in the south and ends at Tianzihu Road in the north, with a total length of 1,396 meters and a road width of 18 meters. It is a newly built asphalt concrete road, and the road grade is an urban secondary trunk road; Binxi Road starts from Tianzihu Road in the north and ends at Minfu East Road in the south, with a total length of about 912 meters and a road width of 11 meters. It is a newly built asphalt concrete road, and the road grade is an urban branch road. Both are currently being advanced in an orderly manner. The Advanced Materials Industry Demonstration Park project is located in Henggang Logistics Park, with a total land area of about 50 mu, a total construction area of about 25,200 square meters, and a total investment of 195 million yuan. It is constructed in two phases. The construction area of the first phase is 12,226.54 square meters. At present, the main project has been completed, and interior decoration and outdoor supporting projects such as rainwater pipe networks are being carried out.

　　This year, the Suburban Economic Development Zone will focus on promoting park construction, accelerate the construction of infrastructure such as water, electricity, roads and networks, improve living facilities such as food, clothing, housing and transportation, effectively enhance the carrying capacity of the park, and lay a solid foundation for the implementation of investment projects.
