Recently, at the construction site of the Xinhua Department Store flagship store renovation and expansion project, Liang Bo, Vice President of Xinhua Department Store Group, said that the project involves a total investment of 630 million yuan, a total floor area of 54,510 square meters, six above-ground floors and three underground floors, 551 planned parking spaces, and a two-year construction period. According to Liang Bo, once completed, the project will help upgrade the Xinhua commercial district. To speed up the completion of preliminary preparations, work at the project site began on the second day of the Chinese New Year, with 50 workers giving up the precious time of reuniting with their families and devoting themselves to the work.

　　It is understood that this year Xingqing District is focusing on building the "four high grounds" — a consumption high ground, a livable high ground, an education high ground, and a health and wellness high ground — in modern service industries, the ecological economy, rural revitalization, and other areas. It has planned and reserved 161 projects with a total investment of 101.33 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 18.9 billion yuan. Among the first batch of capital construction projects, 86 projects started in the first quarter, with a total investment of 74.68 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 10.99 billion yuan.

　　To ensure the progress of various projects, 42 government staff members in Xingqing District are stationed at the sites, serving as "orderlies" for enterprises, proactively visiting them to understand their problems and actively following up on project construction progress, implementing a work system of one survey, one statistics report, and one report every week. Xingqing District has also issued the "Notice on Further Strengthening Services for Enterprises" to further strengthen the coordination mechanism for serving enterprises, the system for functional departments to provide precise services to enterprises, and the system for townships and subdistricts to fulfill their territorial responsibilities in serving enterprises, injecting a "booster shot" into project construction and safeguarding social and economic development.
