At 10:13 AM on February 5, Wei Cancan, an after-market service person from Jintai's Zhengzhou Branch, prepared his tool kit early and drove the service vehicle to the service location—the Zhengzhou Control Node 05 Project Department—to conduct a comprehensive check-up on the project's Jintai SG90 equipment. What are the service contents?


　　The service contents are:

　　1. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the customer's equipment. The inspection includes: checking and adjusting various pressure and speed parameters of the equipment; checking and confirming the strength of structural components; recording the service life of vulnerable parts; testing the cleanliness of hydraulic oil; checking and confirming the working function of safety devices; checking and cleaning oil stains inside and outside the vehicle to keep it clean.
　　2. Identify hidden dangers in the customer's equipment and provide maintenance solutions.
　　3. Present 2 sets of work to all customers within the scope of the Spring Rain Action.
　　4. Perform one maintenance service for some customers (replace all gear oil).


　　After five hours of hard work, the SG90 equipment inspection report came out. Project Manager Zhao inadvertently revealed a satisfied smile in his laughter. The equipment, delivered in July 2019, had worked continuously for 4,898 hours without any abnormality, and its efficiency on site was 7 to 9 hours higher than similar equipment. Manager Zhao gave a big thumbs-up to our service personnel and Jintai on the spot without reservation!


　　On February 22, Liu Yuwei and Zhou Longlong, after-market service personnel from the Kunming Branch, conducted the "Spring Rain Action - Inspection" service on a Jintai SD30A rotary drilling rig at Beiyang Street, Yiliang County. The rig, delivered in August 2019, had worked continuously for 4,810 hours. The inspection report showed that core components such as the drill pipe, winch, power head, mast, and H-beam support all performed normally. The equipment's safety devices—upper and lower limit switches and low oil level alarm—were all normal. Fastening conditions at various parts, including rotary reducer screws, mast correction device screws, drive wheel screws, and other fastening points, were also checked with no issues. The repeated "no issues" reports from Jintai service personnel during the inspection led Mr. Luo, who was present, to also put a satisfactory mark on our service record sheet.
