According to the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, the Lijia Jialing River Bridge, Shuitu Jialing River Bridge, and Caijia Jialing River Bridge in Chongqing's central urban area are expected to be completed and open to traffic this year.

　　Lijia Jialing River Bridge

　　Expected to close in April this year and be completed and open to traffic by the end of the year

　　The Lijia Jialing River Bridge has a total length of 785 meters and adopts an innovative beam-arch composite structure layout, with a maximum span of 245 meters, a dual 8-lane design, a bridge width of 18 meters, and a design speed of 80 km/h. It is constructed by China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd. and China Construction Tunnel Construction Co., Ltd.

　　The bridge is progressing smoothly and is expected to close the main bridge in April this year and be completed and open to traffic by the end of the year. Once completed, the Lijia Jialing River Bridge will connect to Yurong in the west and Yuyi in the east, relieving pressure on the Zhongliangshan Tunnel and Daxuecheng Tunnel, and diverting traffic from the Gaojia Garden Bridge and Shuangbei Bridge.

　　Shuitu Jialing River Bridge

　　Expected to complete the entire bridge in August this year

　　As Chongqing's first cable-stayed bridge with high and low pylons and double cable planes using steel-concrete composite girders, the Shuitu Jialing River Bridge, implemented by Chongqing Construction Engineering Urban Construction Group, has a total length of 972 meters and a main span of 388 meters. The main tower is 201 meters high, the main bridge width is 31.8 meters, with dual six lanes and a design speed of 60 km/h.

　　The Shuitu Jialing River Bridge is expected to complete the entire bridge in August this year. Once completed, it will become an important transportation channel connecting the Shuitu and Caijia clusters, alleviate traffic pressure on the Yuwu Expressway, shorten the distance between the Shuitu cluster and the central urban core area, and boost the economic and social development of the Shuitu area in Liangjiang New Area.

　　Caijia Jialing River Bridge

　　Expected to close in July this year

　　The Caijia Jialing River Bridge, constructed by Chongqing Construction Engineering Urban Construction Group, connects to Libai Road in the Lijia area of Liangjiang New Area in the south and to Daijia Yuanzi Interchange in the Caijia area in the north, with a total length of 3.42 kilometers. The main construction content includes the main bridge, approach bridges, and two interchanges: Jinshan Temple and Xiaowan.

　　Among them, the Caijia Jialing River Bridge is 1,420 meters long, with a main span of 320 meters, dual 8 lanes, and approach roads with dual six lanes, and a design speed of 60 km/h.

　　The Caijia Jialing River Bridge adopts a minimalist double-tower cable-stayed bridge form, with the south main tower 218 meters high and the north main tower 225 meters high. Currently, the main bridge has not yet closed; it is expected to close in July this year and be completed and open to traffic by the end of the year.

　　After the Caijia Jialing River Bridge is completed and open to traffic, driving from Beibei via the Caijia Jialing River Bridge to the Zhaomushan area will take only 15 minutes.
