1. Full-scale construction of the Hainan Roundabout Tourist Highway

Positioned as the "National Coastal Scenic Route No. 1", this tourist highway has a main line of 988.2 kilometers, running through 12 coastal cities and counties including Haikou, Wenchang, Qionghai, Wanning, Lingshui, Sanya, Ledong, Dongfang, Changjiang, Danzhou, Lingao, and Chengmai, as well as the Yangpu Economic Development Zone. It organically connects about 9 categories and 84 sections of scenic areas, 22 coastal capes, 25 lighthouses, 68 distinctive bays, 26 coastal lagoons, 16 mangrove forests, 40 service stations, 31 A-level or above scenic spots, 21 tourist resorts, and 261 coastal historical sites, forming a "pearl necklace" around Hainan.

2. G98 Greater Sanya Section Expansion Project

The reconstruction project of the G98 Roundabout Expressway from Shimei Bay to Tengqiao Section in Sanya (right side) has been completed as scheduled, and traffic on the East Line Expressway has resumed smoothly. The reconstruction project from Tengqiao Interchange to Yingbin Interchange in Sanya is scheduled to start on April 8.

3. G9812 Extension Line (Bo'ao to Huishan Section)

Accelerate the preliminary work of the G9812 extension line (Bo'ao to Huishan Section) project, with a highway length of about 25 kilometers and a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan.

4. Yangpu Port Expressway

The project route has a total length of 36.9 kilometers, and the main line is built according to the standard of a two-way four-lane expressway. Preliminary work for the project is currently underway.

5. Upgrade of the "丰"-shaped + Ring Road Network

During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, Hainan's "田"-shaped expressway network was fully connected, achieving "expressways in every county"; during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, it will expand and upgrade from the "田" shape to a "丰" shape + ring line network. The roundabout land routes such as the Roundabout Tourist Highway are planned to be completed in the first half of 2023.

6. Expansion of the Roundabout Expressway from Haikou to Qionghai Section

The bottleneck section of the G98 Roundabout Expressway will be upgraded and expanded, and more than 3 expressways will be newly built or expanded. Currently, the reconstruction and expansion of the G98 Roundabout Expressway from Haikou to Qionghai Section is in the preliminary work stage.

7. Advance the G15 Haikou Section

The project starts at Xinhai Port Area in Haikou City and ends at the south side of the original Shugang Interchange of the G98 Roundabout Expressway, with a total route length of 13.727 kilometers. After completion, the project will connect Hainan with the national expressway network outside the province through the port, and through the connection with the Haikou Ring Expressway, it will be integrated with the Hainan Roundabout Expressway.

8. G360 Wenlin Expressway

The Wenlin Expressway project starts at the east side of the Qinglan Interchange of the G9812 Wenqiong Expressway, connects to Qinglan Avenue, passes through Haikou, Ding'an, and Chengmai, and ends at the east side of Lingao County. This expressway is an important east-west passage in northern Hainan. The travel time from Wenchang to Lingao is expected to be reduced to within 1 hour, building a one-hour traffic circle in northern Hainan.
