Project Overview

　　The Xihan Interchange Construction Project is located in the southwest of Yibin District and consists of a Y-shaped interchange and some connecting ramps. The main line of the Xihan Interchange is the connection line between the South Ring Road and the Luoyi Expressway East Line. The main line starts from the east of Hope Bridge in the north and connects to the planned Luoyi Expressway East Line in the south. From north to south, it intersects with Erguang Expressway, Yibin Road, Longgu Road, and Xuanzang Road respectively. The total length is 4.1 km, with a design speed of 80 km/h, dual six lanes, a general roadbed width of 43.5 m, and a viaduct bridge width of 27.0 m. The main line is connected to Xuanzang Road via semi-directional ramps, and to Yibin Road and Gulong Road via on-off ramps. There are a total of 11 ramps, with design speeds of 40 km/h and 30 km/h, and ramp widths of 10 m and 9 m. At the same time, the ground system supplements the interchange traffic conversion function, achieving reasonable passage for pedestrians and non-motorized traffic, and ultimately realizing reasonable and effective traffic conversion in all directions among the South Ring Road, Yibin Road, Longgu Road, Xuanzang Road, and the Luoyi Expressway East Line.

　　The Xihan Interchange consists of the main line, intersecting roads, connecting ramps, and ground auxiliary roads. The construction content includes: road engineering, bridge and culvert engineering, drainage engineering, cable trench engineering, lighting embedding, traffic maintenance engineering, sound barriers, and other specialties.

　　Project Overview

　　Phase I of this project starts at the junction of Longwanbang, Xinglong Village, Nanxun Town, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and Guangfu Village, Taoyuan Town, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, connecting to the endpoint of the Jiangsu Sutai Expressway (Qidu to Taoyuan Section) (i.e., Suzhentao Expressway). The starting chainage is K0+000. The route passes through Longwanbang where the Nanxun Service Area is set, then crosses the Hengxin Line on a viaduct to the south, passes through Xinglong Village, and goes through villages such as Jijiabang, Qiujiawan, and Huyanbang. It crosses the Xitang Class VII waterway and the S213 Wuxing to Yuhang Highway (Nanxun to Lianshi Section) along the northwest corner periphery of the planned Nanxun Xitang Qianlong Cultural Leisure Tourism Resort. In the area from Wujiabang to Beidaosi, the Nanxun East Interchange and its connecting line are set to connect with the S213 Wuxing to Yuhang Highway and the Xunlian Highway. Afterwards, the route is laid out along the west side of the 500KV~1000KV ultra-high voltage corridor, passing through Yanjiadai and Lujiaqiao, and a twin-tower cable-stayed bridge is set to cross the confluence of the Hujiashen Line (Shuanglintang) and the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Class III waterway. Then it passes through Qianjiadai and Shihao Village, continuously crosses the new and old Huawu Lines, and after the Dongzong Line (Gujiatang) planned Class III waterway, turns southwest, intersecting with the Shenjiahu Expressway and the Lianhang Expressway at the Lianshi Hub. The Lianshi Hub is reconstructed into a five-way interchange. The route ends at the intersection of the Shenjiahu Expressway and the Lianhang Expressway in Min'an Village, Lianshi Town. The endpoint chainage is K10+213.217, the main line implementation endpoint chainage is K10+128.658, and the Lianshi Hub implementation endpoint chainage is LHK1+505.090. The total length of the route is approximately 10.213 km.
