On January 25, 2021, the Jiaxing Power Tunnel Project passed completion acceptance, with experts unanimously agreeing that it met the acceptance standards and approving it for acceptance.

The Jiaxing Power Tunnel Project includes 3 working shafts, one shield tunnel, and one cut-and-cover tunnel, with a total investment of nearly 113 million yuan. Since the shield launch in early March 2020, the project department has repeatedly reviewed and adjusted the schedule, committed all construction resources, and operated continuously 24 hours a day. Construction personnel worked from dawn to dusk, putting in extra hours on the front line. Under the pressure of a short construction period, heavy tasks, and strict milestone requirements, they persevered and successfully completed the construction task within the specified time, earning high praise from the owner.

As Jiaxing's first dedicated power tunnel project, it will become the city's "underground corridor" for power transmission after being put into use, providing strong support for urban power supply. Its intelligent inspection robots equipped with 5G+VR technology conduct comprehensive monitoring inside the tunnel through autonomous or remote-controlled operation, promptly detecting anomalies and ushering power inspection into the intelligent era.
