Recently, Vice Mayor Yin Zhengxi led heads of relevant units on an on-site inspection of projects including the renovation of Renmin Road and Hongqi Road in the urban area, the sewage pipeline network on Qiming Road, the treatment of the black and odorous water body at Zhaojiadeng, the Renmin Road eastward extension, and sewage treatment in the Chenjiadeng area, to learn about project progress.

　　The Renmin Road and Hongqi Road renovation and the Renmin Road eastward extension are key projects to improve Changde's traffic functions and enhance urban quality. Once completed, they will greatly ease congestion in the eastern part of the city and improve the image of the eastern new district. The Qiming Road sewage pipeline network, the Zhaojiadeng black and odorous water body treatment, and the Chenjiadeng area sewage treatment projects can effectively address surrounding water quality problems and improve residents' living environment.

　　Yin Zhengxi required that project construction and construction units strictly follow the construction plans, keep a close eye on time nodes, work to a reversed schedule, seize fine weather, and make all-out efforts to advance project construction. The Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau should strengthen coordination, scheduling, and business guidance to ensure the projects complete their construction tasks on schedule; construction should be carried out strictly in accordance with the design plans, supervision and management should be strengthened, and construction quality should be strictly controlled to achieve zero defects and zero hidden dangers when projects are put into operation; safety production awareness should be further raised, safety responsibilities consolidated, and full safety control coverage achieved; follow-up management should be strengthened—projects must not only be built well but also managed well—and a long-term perspective should be adopted to continuously improve project management. In particular, for the Renmin Road and Hongqi Road renovation project, departments such as urban management, traffic police, and landscaping should cooperate fully to maintain order, truly achieve the project's intended results, and enhance citizens' sense of happiness and fulfillment.
