01. Hometown Construction, Fleet Assistance

　　The Xuzhou South Third Ring Road Rapid Transformation Project is a key project in Xuzhou and an important urban traffic corridor. It will transform the main line of South Third Ring Road into an urban expressway, with the auxiliary roads serving as urban main roads. The project is 11.7 kilometers long and connects the two existing expressways, West Third Ring Road and East Third Ring Road.


　　The project includes an overpass bridge with a total length of 388m and a standard deck width of 33.3m. The piers are double-column rectangular solid piers, and the foundation consists of 4 bored cast-in-place piles with a diameter of 2.0m. The new pedestrian bridge piers are reinforced concrete column piers with cap beams, with a pier body diameter of 1.2m, connected to 1.5m diameter pile foundations, all using bored cast-in-place rock-socketed piles.

　　For Xuzhou's construction, XCMG products go all out. XCMG XR360, XR360E, XR400E, and XR450E rotary drilling rigs are passionately deployed, with more than ten units shining brightly on the South Third Ring Road site.


　　Brothers join hands, and their strength cuts through metal. Among them, the XCMG XR360E drills to a depth of about 29-35m with a pile diameter of 1.8m, and the hole completion time is about 5-7 days; the XR450E, with a pile diameter of 2m, performs particularly well in construction at depths of 20-28m, completing the hole in 12 hours from 20-28m.


　　The project department and construction clients have given positive feedback on XCMG rotary drilling rigs: good hole quality and high efficiency! Up to now, more than ten XCMG rotary drilling rigs have been working on the project.


　　02. My Turf, My Rules: A Hometown Love Song

　　Besides stable performance, good quality, and high construction efficiency, XCMG products also have a deep “attachment” to their hometown!

　　In 2012, the XCMG XR460D, then Asia's largest tonnage rotary drilling rig with a self-made chassis, assisted in the construction of Xuzhou's elevated bridges, solving major problems such as slow drilling progress, high pick consumption, low work efficiency, and poor economic benefits in hard rock formations, and earning a good reputation for XCMG.


　　In August 2015, the XCMG XTC80, the first domestic dual-wheel trench cutter with independent intellectual property rights, was successfully applied in the construction of Xuzhou Metro Line 1. It was a typical representative of high-end and high-value-added equipment in the foundation engineering construction field at home and abroad, filling the gap in domestic dedicated mainframe dual-wheel trench cutters.


　　In 2016, the XCMG XR360 assisted in the construction of Xuzhou Metro Line 2, adding a touch of brilliant XCMG gold to the ancient land of Pengcheng. The operator at the time commented: XCMG products are of good quality and thoughtful service!


　　In July 2017, the XCMG XR400E rotary drilling rig was used in the construction of Xuzhou Yingbin Road elevated bridge, also winning high praise from customers!


　　In November 2019, the XR360E rotary drilling rig, heavily launched by XCMG Foundation, once again assisted Xuzhou's foundation construction with its high efficiency, economy, environmental friendliness, and comfort, demonstrating the unique charm of XCMG products.
