On January 18, the right tube of the Bojiwan Tunnel on the Dinglin Expressway, invested and constructed under the PPP model by the group as the lead social capital party in partnership with China Railway Seventh Group Co., Ltd., was successfully holed through.

The Dinglin Expressway is 70.596 kilometers long and has seven tunnels in total, including one extra-long tunnel, five long tunnels and one medium-length tunnel. The project starts at Xinzhuangmen in Neiguanying Town, Anding District, Dingxi City, connecting with the planned Tongwei–Dingxi Expressway, and ends at Nanyuan Village, Taoyang Town, Lintao County, connecting with the Lanlin section of the G75 Lanzhou–Haikou National Expressway. It is a convenient corridor linking Anding District and Lintao County, and also a fast and convenient route from eastern Gansu to Linxia, Gannan and southern Qinghai.

The surrounding rock of the Bojiwan Tunnel is mainly loess, mudstone and argillaceous sandstone interbeds. The tunnel has a maximum burial depth of about 200 meters; the surrounding rock is weak, construction is difficult and risks are high, making it a key controlling project. During construction, the project company closely pursued safety, quality and schedule goals, actively promoted the application of the "four new" technologies, and overcame various adverse factors. In particular, after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the project company did not wait or rely on others but took the initiative, adopting multiple measures to advance the smooth implementation of the project.
